Betty Jane Jarrett departed this life on Tuesday, January 22, 2013. She is preceded in death by her husband, William. She leaves a son, Dwight Jarrett (Karen) and daughter, Vanessa Coates (David) to cherish her memory. Mrs. Jarrett’s funeral service will begin at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at Shiloh Baptist Church, 1401 Jamieson Ave., Alexandria, VA. There will not be a public viewing. Interment will immediately follow in Quantico National Cemetery, Triangle, VA.
